If you participate in a spiritual journey or retreat and cancel for any reason, the cancellation policy below applies without exception.
We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, such as injury, family emergencies, etc., but we have already incurred costs when booking hotels, foreign guides, and retreat centers. We have created our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in case your plans change. However, to further protect yourself, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Spirittours Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your retreat or trip more than two months before your departure date, the deposit will remain with Spirittours and you will receive a refund of the remaining travel sum. If you cancel two months before the departure date of your trip, the deposit will be retained by Spirittours and you will receive a 50% refund of the travel sum. If you cancel four weeks before the departure date, both the deposit and the travel sum will be retained by Spirittours. Even if you have not yet paid the full travel sum, you will still be required to pay it.
If the trip cannot go ahead because the country cannot be traveled to, the trip will be postponed to another date. Your deposit and any travel sum already paid will then automatically apply to this new trip. If you decide not to go on the newly offered trip, the deposit will be retained by Spirittours and the rest of the travel sum will be refunded to your account.
If Spirittours cancels the trip and it does not go ahead, you will receive a definitive cancellation by email. If Spirittours does not offer you a new trip, the deposit and travel sum will be refunded to your account before the departure date of the trip.
Exception to the above cancellation policy: If Spirittours has to cancel due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or political unrest, we cannot guarantee a refund, as this depends on the refund from the location. To cover these risks, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for your trip.
Please also note that we do not reimburse your flight ticket(s) and there are no refunds or discounts for late arrivals, early departures, canceled flights, travel delays, or illness. To cover this risk, we also recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.
General terms and conditions for circles, initiations, and coaching sessions
If you cancel your participation in a circle, initiation, or coaching session for any reason, the following cancellation policy applies, without exception.
If you cancel your circle, initiation, or coaching session:
90 days or more before the start date of the circle, initiation, or coaching session, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel on the 90th day or earlier before the start date, no refund will be given. If you cancel 45 days before the start date and you have not yet paid the full fee, you will still have to pay the remainder of the fee before the start date of the circle, initiation, or coaching session in question.

If Spirittours cancels its circles, initiations, or coaching sessions, we will provide you with an alternative, rescheduled date. Your payment will then continue as normal for this new date. If you do not wish to make use of this, we will refund you for the payments for the circles, initiations, or coaching sessions that you have not yet enjoyed.
